I finally figured out why they scheduled holidays to fall on Mondays. It’s so you have a full day to address your hangover before having to head back to work. In the U.S., today is Memorial Day, the official kick-off to summer and our first three day weekend of the year when the weather cooperates so we can spend it outdoors where the barbeque smoke won’t stain your kitchen ceiling. It also has something to do with the military, but then Veteran’s Day does too so that’s all very confusing. But any excuse to party is a good excuse, and any excuse to post pix of some hotties in and out of uniform works for me too. So enjoy the eye-candy, and your extra day off – which I hope you’ll spend getting off.
