I’m torn on whether this shot has been photoshopped or not. His build is more mature than you’d expect with that face, but then I’ve seen guys that pull that trick off in real life, so who knows?

If the photo is from a Chinese escort website, I’d be inclined to think it is photoshopped. They do it regularly.
Don’t know where it is originally from, but other than his head looks a bit small it’s a nice job if it is faked.

oops…wrong place. I was talking about Nick Ayler (previous post). But since I’m here anyway, I just thought that I’d say the Chinese escort websites usually photoshop the abs and make the shoulders a little wider and the chest a bit deeper only. Nothing like major plastic surgery. I’d say the real guy probably does look like this to some extant.
