The hunk of hotness known as Chaiwat Thongsang
Thought I’d share a few pix I recently ran across of Chaiwat Thongsang on Adam’s Love, a website for ‘men who love men’ that covers sex education and STD prevention topics for gay men. It’s a Thai site, but has an English version too. After seeing Chaiwat, or Tob as he is affectionately known, in Bangkok Love Story, I’d always hoped his career would tank and he’d have to find employment at one of the bars on Soi Twilight.( I’ve never claimed to be a nice person.) No such luck though, instead at least his modeling career is still going strong. And so is he.
Back in 2007 when the movie came out, Chaiwat had a bit of baby fat on him. Not pudgy mind you, just a bit extra under his flesh that gave him a youthful look. He still has a bit of a babyface, but damn if his bod hasn’t matured nicely. Very nicely.
Chaiwat has made it clear in interviews that he is not gay, but it’s nice that he seems to have no problem letting gay guys ogle him. That he is so comfortable with his sexuality that he can go from playing a leading gay character in a movie to repping a gay website speaks volumes. Tom, John, Jeremy, and Jake – among others – should take a clue from his playbook. Unless they have something to hide.
Tob has been a major model in Thailand since 2005. In 2010 he entered and won the Mr. International Thailand competition but withdrew from the pageant for the Mr. International title. He appeared in another Thai movie a few years ago that did not get the same international publicity as Bangkok Love Story did, and the 23 year-old hunk is still picking up lucrative modeling gigs today.
Now, just to be clear, “Chaiwat used to have a bit of baby fat on him” referred to when Bangkok Love Story came out. A year later, in 2008, when he competed in the Latchford Classic (Men Junior Bodybuilding) he was totally ripped. Now let’s see, muscles, posing trunks, numbered badge on hip, getting cash and gold from some old guy he doesn’t know . . . yup, I’d say he’d feel right at home working at Tawan.

This dude is gorgeous. I remember him from the movie Bangkok Love Story. While I thought that the movie was good/fine/ok, I thought that the two dudes in the lead roles were hot together. And Chaiwat was just “mouth watering”. Just an incredibly good looking dude.
Now if we could only get him to stop claiming that he is “straight”.
Yup Stry, BKK love story was just a tad overwrought, but Chaiwat made up for that. And he just keeps getting better lookng too.
