I’m sure the robes play an important part in my fascination with monks. That saffron color immediately draws my eye. I call this shot ‘Naked Monk’. No monk, just his freshly laundered robe hanging out to dry in the sun. I took this photo on a morning walk in Chaing Mai at one of the smaller wats close to the hotel I was staying at. Never did see any of the monks, just the robes.
